We are not a regulated asset manager but collaborate directly with two prominent asset and wealth management firms in Switzerland. Our products are structured and monitored by blockwealth but managed under Gami Capital (Arif regulated in Switzerland).
Can I invest from my Bank account?
Yes, you can invest in our strategies through a securitized format. Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) with Swiss ISINs can be set up on demand and are easily tradable directly from your bank account.
What is an AMC ?
AMC stands for Actively Managed Certificate. It is an investment vehicle combining features of structured products and actively managed funds. It provides a “wrapper” for an investment strategy, or specific underlying assets. The certificate is sold to investors and the capital is used to implement the strategy. The investors then participate in the performance of the portfolio.
What is a CLN ?
CLN stands for Credit Linked Note. A Credit Linked Note is an instrument for securitising private loans in order to make them bankable. The CLN is issued with a Swiss ISIN as a tradable security. A single loan can be securitised and funded by numerous investors via a CLN, providing better terms to both borrowers and lenders.
How to invest On-chain ?
We offer SMA (Separately Managed Account) solutions through Binance and Tilvest accounts. Tilvest is a French PSAN-regulated platform.

Depending on the investment format, BlockWealth trades on Binance, Swissquote, and Kraken. We also leverage decentralized exchanges (DEXs) for our DeFi strategies.
Are you an exchange ?
We are not an exchange, but we have a white-label agreement with Tilvest, which serves as the front-end platform for our clients to monitor their accounts and assets.
